Al Jaber Optical is honored with two Awards in the Annual Business Excellence Award Ceremony 2011 for the Second Time

Al Jaber Optical, leading optical company and eye care specialist in the UAE has won two Awards for Best Customer Service Performance Recognition for the 2010 cycle in the Annual Business Excellence Award Ceremony 2011, held at Grand Hyatt in Dubai. This Ceremony was held under the patronage H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai who attended the ceremony. H. H. Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince and Chairman of the Dubai Executive Council, and H. H. Sheikh Maktoum Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Deputy Ruler have also attended the ceremony besides over a 1000 of VIPs and businessmen from the government and private sectors.

The well known retailer has been selected as Best Service Performance Brand in the Special Business Category upon consistently maintaining good customer service standards across all outlets while its outlet at Ibn Battuta Mall in Dubai selected as Best Service Performing Outlet in Optical Category upon consistently maintaining good customer service standards, both during 2010 cycle. The same prize was awarded to Al Jaber Optical outlet at Abu Dhabi Mall.
