Ventura, CA– June 24, 2011 - Alert Communications of Ventura, CA has been honored with the exclusive ATSI 2011 Award of Excellence for the seventh consecutive year. This award is presented annually by the Association of TeleServices International (ATSI), the industry’s trade association for providers of telecommunications and call center services, including telephone answering and message delivery. There are approximately 2,500 call centers across North America and the UK that can choose to participate in this annual competition. Alert Communications was presented with the award at ATSI’s 2011 Annual Convention held at the Grand Hyatt, San Antonio, TX.

Throughout this past year they have developed and implemented many new training platforms which will positively impact our customers for years to come and this award is the icing on the cake for all of their hard work,” says Kim Starr, President and CEO of Alert Communications.

Alert's call-center services were evaluated by a panel of independent judges over a six-month period. The judges scored the competing call centers on criteria such as courtesy, response time, accuracy and overall service to clients. To earn the ATSI Award of Excellence, companies must score at least 80% in all categories. Alert Communications scored 97.3% and placed 7th overall out of hundreds of competitors in this international competition.

“The AWARD OF EXCELLENCE is an intense program and if a company qualifies for the award they have set the bar for quality in the call center industry,” says ATSI President Michael Fultz.

Alert Communications is now a seven-time consecutive winner of the Award of Excellence. ATSI extends its congratulations to the staff of Alert Communications for their proven dedication to quality customer service and for placing in the Top Ten in the nation.
