Prior to joining WebsPlanet, a high-growth technology and services company focused on the digital presence of local on-line businesses, Mr. Poor served as Chief Operating Officer of the Relegence Corporation, which was acquired by AOL in 2006. Mr. Poor specializes in working with early stage companies that sell to enterprise clients, and has either directly sold to, or participated influentially in the sale to major clients such as Merrill Lynch, AT&T, JP Morgan, Citigroup and more.

Mr. Poor brings almost 20 years experience in entrepreneurial roles, advising and growing fledgling technologies into viable companies with profitable growth. He has also served on the mergers and acquisition committees of large technology acquiring companies, acquiring a unique perspective from both ends of the spectrum.

Mr. Poor was born in the United States, but grew up in the United Kingdom where he studied Banking and Economics before starting his career in a management role within a finance division of Ford. He moved back to the U.S. in 2002, having spent several years relocating internationally in various roles.
