Alibaba Group also owns China's largest Internet retailer Taobao. which has hundreds of millions of registered users . the total members of its online payment platform Alipay reached more than 200 millions till last month.
Ethan Huang thought that if the global expansion of Alibaba entering United States and other international markets will pose a strong impact not only on eBay but also a certain extent of pressure will be put on the chinese domestic online international distributors and retailers.

He believes the international business expansion of alibaba will not be a great threat to thier online business compared to the giant online retailer Ebay.
