Just remember that 25 is the age of decline. We may be similar. When I turned 31 I never thought that I would always be so sickly and tired. I began feeling aches and pains in my joints and muscles. I also began to feel symptoms of major illnesses that I never had before. I was oblivious of the fact that my food intake was the culprit.

Let me explain acidity. Acidity is that state in the body where our pH is not balanced. Little did we know that this delicate balance in our body can be destroyed by acidity, thereby making us sick. Acidity from acidic food stuffs will deposit toxins in our body. This is the main reason why we are feeling sick. Some of these toxins turn on free radicals in our body that can cause cancer and other sickness.

The only way to combat acidity is to watch what you eat. This is why alkaline recipes are great for your body. If you feel symptoms like fatigue and illness, you may already be acidic. So you better shape up and eat alkaline recipes. It will surely balance the inner terrain of your body, leading you to health and a fulfilling life.

Here is what I do to stay healthy.

I exercise daily. Remember that a sedentary lifestyle may seem comfortable at first, but without exercise you will experience a bit of muscle entropy and your immune system will weaken. So engage in sports and other physical activities. I do indoor climbing, to help get me in shape. I obviously can't do this everyday, but I make it a point every weekend to go to the gym and start climbing.

I started to eat a balanced diet. I incorporated into my diet, healthy and yummy fruits and vegetables. Fruits and vegetables don't just cleanse our body of toxins, we can also enjoy a great amount of vitamins and minerals from them. They also strengthen the immune system and make our skin smooth and nourished.

I also ate a lot of alkaline recipes and in just under a week, I reversed all the symptoms of premature aging that I was feeling.
