All About Nannies, LLC has begun the process of evaluating the nannies listed with the company through a new "Nanny Classification" system. All About Nannies is proud to provide families in Arizona with experienced, educated and dedicated nannies. Many of our nannies are "Career Nannies" with years and years of practical job experience. Some are new to the field with a beginning degree in nursing or Early Childhood Ed. Whether they are young or old, new to the field or a 20 year veteran, every facet of their experience and education goes into the careful evaluation of each nanny.

Our levels of classifications begin at Level 1 - Entry Level Nanny, $10 per hour, 2 years documented experience as a sitter/daycare worker with a high school diploma to Level 6 - Golden Master Class Nanny $18+ per hour, 7+ years documented experience as a nanny with a Bachelors or Masters in Teaching, Nursing or related fields. Each classified nanny's references, experience and education must be documented and kept on file for our families to access during the interviewing and hiring process. We are striving to provide Arizona families with the best tools to hire their family's nanny at the salary and benefits that matches her abilities, experience and education.
