http://www.adusalon.com The company is now under management and direction of Sylvester K Bailey Jr, a Nova Southeastern MBA graduate, with 5 years relevant industry experience working under Faye and Sylvester Bailey Sr. His plans for the company are to expand its service and retail offerings into its current markets and increase stores to 15 within 2-3 years. His key focus area is online marketing, education offerings, and strategic partnerships in the minority business arena. All Dolled Up Salons carries heavyweight ethnic brands like Carol's Daughter, Miss Jessies, Kinky Curly, Mixed Chicks, Design Essentials, Jane Carter, Curls, and more.
A key component in All Dolled Up's phenomenal track record and recent growth is,"giving back". A fundamental principle adopted by Faye Bailey-Lucas since its inception. Hair in the Spirit is the Non Profit arm of All Dolled Up's community vision. It operates ADU School of Cosmetology and reaches in the community to provide relevant professional training in cosmetology. Faye believes that by developing future entrepreneurs in the cosmetology industry community empowerment will follow. This vision has been fulfilled as two of her former team members have transitioned into All Dolled Up Salon partners and share stake in the expansion of the company. Countless others that have spent time under Faye Bailey-Lucas's direction have taken steps toward this vision of entrepreneurship under her watch.
Hair in the Spirit hosts annual fundraisers for underprivileged youth to attend ADU School of Cosmetology. Community support is critical in fulfilling this mission. For information on how to donate contact:
