All Seasons Roofing was established in middle Tennessee by Timothy Hammond Sr. in 1968. This ambitious young man was determined to build a family business that he hoped to one day leave in the hands of his children. With a very specific business plan he set out on his journey to accomplish his goal. His plan was unique during that period of time. Unlike the majority of roofing companies at that time, his targeted market was to work exclusively with property management firms, franchises, and general contractors, primarily in the commercial and industrial roofing side of the industry. Setting himself apart from other roofing contractors, his company sought out to introduce new technology to the roofing industry and offer steel and metal roofing at nearly half the price of other Nashville Roofing Services.

The company quickly became known in these circles as a very dependable and professional roofing company that took great pride in its ability to provide superior service at a fair price. After years of diligent hard work in 1998 his dreams of building a family business came true when he partnered with his two sons. Before long they expanded their business into parts of Kentucky, Indiana, Illinois, and Missouri. Within a few short years they had become a financially strong company that found themselves in an opportunistic position to purchase two of their competitors businesses.

The acquisition of these companies allowed them to expand even further into the states of Missouri and Indiana. With a resume that included well over a million square feet of shopping centers and office buildings, it seemed as though nothing could stop the successful growth of this roofing contractor and his company. Then on July 4th of 2008 the company's founder Timothy Hammond Senior passed away after suffering a sudden heart attack. With the loss of their father, business partner, and dearest friend his children were left with the responsibility of continuing their father’s tradition of successfully managing the family business.

Today his youngest son Daniel Hammond, the acting president of the company, says “It’s solely by the principles our father taught us of honesty, integrity, and hard work that All Seasons Roofing will continue to grow and be successful”. Since the passing of his father Daniel Hammond has successfully opened two new offices in middle Tennessee, one in Nashville and the other in Hendersonville. He has also implemented a state of the art technology known as thermal leak detection, or Infrared moisture scan into the business.
