FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
San Diego, California, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) January 15, 2012 -- Authorities have arrested a man who forced a 73-year-old grandmother to enter an Arkansas bank in a thwarted robbery attempt with what he told her was a bomb strapped to her ankle, Reuters reports.

A man named as a Paul Bradley, age 60, was detained last Wednesday at his home in Elkins, Arkansas. The Washington Country's Office told the suspect he was charged with "burglary, aggravated robbery, kidnapping, extortion and theft."

The arrest came after Betty Davis entered an Arvest Bank branch on Monday in Fayetteville, Arkansas, about 140 miles from Little Rock, in her pajamas and told bank employees that a man had strapped a bomb around her ankle, then ran out of the bank, police said. Authorities determined the device was not explosive, Reuters adds.

"Davis later told police that a man had used duct tape to tie up her husband, Herbert, after he returned home from a local coffee shop. Police found him unharmed at their rural home. The man made Betty Davis drive her car to the bank as he followed in her husband's truck, police said. The couple's truck was later found abandoned", initial reports say.

According to Sheriff Officials, Davis (husband) remembers Bradley as someone who casually visits a coffee shop that's just nearby the area. They said Bradley was traced by a vehicle that he abandoned and by hardware store purchases. Police also searched Bradley's house and found items linked to the crime, they said.

Because of the big ruckus Bradley's ill-intended prank delivered, he faces great sentences, maybe some 5-10 years of imprisonment and a fine that'll be quite heavy. Though he has been fully stated as the one who's guilty of doing the deed, he may still opt to hire his lawyer to help him -- one way or another.

Talking of grave cases, one great example would be the country circulated issue on the recalled hip replacement by DePuy Orthopaedics Inc.

Called sometime in late 2010, the asr hip recall was made due to the increased percentage for the need of revision surgeries -- wherein the already implanted model will be replaced by a new one as it wears down -- proving that the hip implants are slowly becoming instable as time passes by.

But rather than subjecting themselves to the one-sided recall by DePuy, a lot of victims are instead, using their resources to fight and get the adequate payment they'd need for the damage -- and that can only be done by filing a depuy hip recall lawsuit, and of course, winning it. Nonetheless, all they would need to win is a lawyer that's of high caliber and one that majors in the hip recalls cases.
