Allied Digital appoints Paresh Shah as Director and member of the Board of Directors

Mr. Shah heads the Global Technology Solutions Group at Allied Digital.

Mr. Paresh Shah brings close to 23 years of experience in IT. As head of the Technology Solutions Group at Allied Digital, his primary role has been to identify new business avenues, undertake internal organization transformation and provide leadership to technology team of Allied Digital. He is actively involved in advising customers, forming strategic partnerships and providing enterprise system integration solutions. He brings strong expertise in Business Transformation, Enterprise Solutions Architecture, New Business Development, Software Delivery, Consulting and Innovation. He pioneers the area of Business Transformation, Cloud-based solutions and Strategic Outsourcing. He is also a patent holder. Adding dimension to his career, Mr. Paresh Shah carries global experience; working in the US for 13 years, and serving customers in UK, Europe, India and Asia Pacific for over 8 years. He had been associated with Wipro Technologies; heading their Technology Group for Business Optimization for more than 7 years and has worked with organizations like; National Telecom, AT&T Bell Laboratories, Merck, Merrill lynch, NCR, Citibank.

Mr. Paresh Shah holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science and a Business Management Diploma in Marketing as well as Finance.
