AND NOW, this 3rd day of December, 2008, it is hereby

ORDERED that the above case is Dismissed for Lack of Prosecution.

This action was filed on June 26, 2008, and as of this date,

Service has not been affected. Plaintiff has been notified by the

Clerk that failure to make service by October 24, 2008, or to show

good cause as to why this case should not be dismissed would result

in dismissal for lack of prosecution. Since neither service was

effected, nor good cause shown, dismissal is warranted.

AND IT IS SO ORDERED.

Above is the order dismissing the case against HTFC Corporation and Aaron Wider issued by Honorable Roberno in the Eastern District Court of Pennsylvania. Was Robert Bodzin of Kleinbard, Bell & Brecker, inept, or did their case lack Merit? You the public decide! The public should know that a Billion dollar company GMAC Bank now Ally Bank has been taught a lesson in law in public view. It’s obvious that when you Break Gods 1st Commandment Thou Shall not Bear False Witness no matter how much money or power you have in the eyes of God and our Courts you are guilty and will be severely punished as the Court deems what is just and Proper. Robert Bozdin is being taught a lesson beyond the JD and LLM level of law. Following the above dismissal, Robert Bozdin filed a new complaint against Wider and had a process server Mr. Malaussena serve the complaint at an unknown assumed address 324 Clocks Blvd which does not exist in the Tax Maps in the Hamlet of Massapequa NY. Public records indicate the process server allegedly served a Gianna Decarlo an international Porn Star at an address that never existed. Hilarious Isn’t it! The evidence of the improper address the Deed was submitted to the Court by Wider showing Gianna Decarlo doing her thing. Look her up on the internet you will laugh, hysterical isn’t it performing just about every lewd act on the planet. “Nice Going Bodzin” you struck another blow for your cause whatever that is! This is who Robert Bozdin purports to have served in his affidavit of service submitted to the court. Could you imagine what the Judge must me thinking? “What the F@#k is this” Also try to imagine the excuse Bozdin will try to give to the Judge. Remember Ralph Cramdem of the Honey Mooners Hamada, Hamada, Hamada. Fortunately for Kleinbard, Bell & Brecker they have Robert Bodzin as their managing partner and let’s not forget Melissa Prince the other wonderful attorney that represented GMAC Bank in this case. Together they should sing a duet in the Court to try to entertain the Judge because legally speaking their heading for a Rule 11 hearing! This is big trouble for Bozdin and his firm. Robert Bozdin‘s firm Kleinbard, Bell, and Brecker advertise on their website that their attorneys possess a unique blend of specialized skills and diverse experience to provide practical counsel to their firms clients. Take a look at the above specialized skills and laugh. This law firm also has unsuccessfully attempted to violate Wider’s 1st Amendment right of freedom of Speech, isn’t that right Mr. Bodzin. They threatened MMD a small company in Georgia which released the GMAC Mortgage crucified article and managed to threaten a few others. The stories were released to 60,000 news feeds and 500,000 journalists worldwide. Let’s see if they have what it takes to take on CNN, CNBC, CSPAN or the networks. They have no control of the freedom of the press. If the public really wants to be entertained look up the Aaron Wider Deposition of Hecht on Google or Aaron Wider On U-tube and watch the fun begin. Bodzin is getting a Public ass reaming which GMAC paid for. Outrageous isn’t it.

“Bozdin is now crying like a sissy boy to Mr. Widers Attorneys in New York stating that the articles are defamatory”. All the articles posted by the Associated press are 100% true and it is Bozdin that defamed himself. It is Bodzin that represented the conspiracy to defraud Mr. Wider. It is Bodzin that allowed GMAC Mortgage now Ally Bank to perjure themselves in Federal Court testifying that they were damaged in the amount of $13,352,000 where the evidence submitted by Wider reflects that 18 of these loans were paid off up to 30 months prior to the commencement of this suit. It is Bozdin that allowed his client to falsely swear under oath in Federal Court in front of Honorable Roberno; and it is Bozdin that committed Subornation of perjury. Bozdins actions were not reckless; they were premeditated with willful intent. The above is all truth and may be verified on Pacer the electronic reporting system for the Federal Government. and all Bozdin, Kleinbell, Bell & Brecker can do is whimper like a little puppy dog that pissed on a rug, however they pissed on the United States Government and a Federal Judge which cannot go without consequence. Bozdin has an inclination & thinks a ghost writer exists for Wider; or is it Wider himself revealing his talents publically. We want you to ponder on this and think of the damages that your client and you have already sustained.
