Alumni Meet and Convocation to be held at SMS Varanasi

With whole hearted welcome to passed-out students, School of Management Sciences, Varanasi is organizing Alumni Meet and Convocation function for PGDM, PGDM-International Business, PGDM-Insurance & Risk Management and PGDM-Retail Management courses on Saturday, November 5, 2011 at its Khushipur Campus.

SMS Alumni Association (SAAG) is established to provide an active institutional framework for professional development, interaction and networking for the holistic development of alumni association of SMS. This Convocation Ceremony will be third event in a row; previously the institute has already conducted two Convocation programs in previous years. This time Program has been organized for the various PGDM batches starting from 2003-05 to 2009-11.
As per customs of previous Convocation events, procession will be headed by Mr. Sanjay Gupta, Registrar of the institute, followed by Prof. P. N. Jha, Director of the institute & Chief Guest along with Faculty members. Next in the row Passed-out students will take the oath and later on speakers will interact with audience followed by distribution of awards. Lastly Procession will take place in reverse order.
