Amélie Company Fortifies Team

Denver, Colorado, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) March 10, 2011 -- Denver, CO – Amélie Company, Denver-based advertising and PR agency, welcomes two new additions to the agency: account executive Patrick Gonzalez and production artist Mark McCabe. Mélanie DelVecchio has been promoted to account executive and Garrett DeHeer promoted to designer.

Patrick Gonzalez, account executive. Pat Gonzalez recently made the move to Denver, and Amélie Company, from Texas where he worked as marketing coordinator for Ashley Furniture HomeStores. Prior to this, Gonzalez worked at The Integer Group on the Pella Windows and Doors’ national account team where he was in charge of in-store collateral and POS signage within Lowe's stores. At Amélie, he manages client projects from marketing research to campaign development. A graduate of Iowa State University, Gonzalez received a BA in advertising.

Mark McCabe, production artist. A talented graphic designer, Mark McCabe has teamed up with some of the most recognizable brands in Colorado including Qwest, Coors Light and Starz Original Programming. With over 10 years of experience in advertising agencies in Chicago and Denver, McCabe is highly skilled in design software from InDesign to Dreamweaver. As Amélie’s production artist, he focuses on layout design, typography, photo retouching and print production. McCabe graduated with a BFA in advertising design from the Academy of Design in Chicago, IL.

Mélanie DelVecchio, account executive. Recently promoted from account coordinator to account executive, Mélanie DelVecchio has proven success with detailed project timelines, budget management, client relations and vendor management. DelVecchio has been with Amélie Company since December 2008, always ensuring that projects meet strict budget and deadline requirements. She brings her bi-cultural (French-American) understanding of communication, attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. DelVecchio holds an MA in marketing and commercial development from Auvergne University, France.

Garrett DeHeer, designer. After one year with Amélie Company, Garrett DeHeer has been promoted from intern to designer. DeHeer’s design skills touch everything from logos and billboards to print ads and annual reports for various Amélie clients, always achieving creative brief objectives. DeHeer’s contributions have led to award-winning work for the Colorado Department of Transportation motorcycle safety campaign and Colorado State Patrol Ticketing Aggressive Cars and Trucks campaign. He has a degree in graphic design from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
