America’s Choice Home Loans LP Begins Operating in Illinois

Houston, TX – America’s Choice Home Loans LP announced today that it has started retail loan operations in Illinois. The company named Brian Slodki as State Manager; Mr. Slodki will also serve as a Branch Manager in a new America’s Choice retail office located in Bartlett, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago. Brian is an industry veteran with thirteen years in the mortgage business. He has held management positions with major lenders in Illinois and Minnesota. “Brian is just the type of manager we are looking for” said America’s Choice Director of National Production, Jonathan Fowler. “He is dedicated and successful, and his success has been built on hard work and a commitment to his clients.”

Mr. Slodki has vast experience managing a retail branch office, and in his new position with America’s Choice Brian will continue to help his customers with their FHA and conventional home loan needs, for both purchase and refinance transactions. He will also work to expand the company presence in Illinois. “In a very challenging time in the industry, the company is growing and a big part of that is their commitment to technology” Brian stated. “They have systems in place that automate virtually the entire loan process. This allows them to keep per loan costs lower and make the process faster and more efficient.” Mr. Slodki then added, “I am excited to join such a progressive organization like America's Choice.”

Brian is a family man, and when not at work he can be found at home with his wife and two sons. He enjoys playing, and writing, music in his spare time.
