Houston, TX – America’s Choice Home Loans LP announced today that it has opened another new retail loan origination branch office, this time in Newberg, Oregon, which will primarily serve the Portland and Salem areas. Jerry Holman will manage the new branch office, and he has also been named Oregon State Manager Jerry has over twenty years in lending related experience, including positions as a Vice President and Bank Mortgage Department Manager, Branch Manager for a national retail mortgage company, and as Operations Manager for a regional wholesale mortgage bank. Jonathan Fowler, America’s Choice Director of National Production, said “Jerry has the kind of management experience that is hard to find. We are excited to have Jerry on our team.”

Mr. Holman will use his vast experience in working to expand further the company presence in the Pacific Northwest, and in serving his customers with their home loan needs.
