Houston, TX – America’s Choice Home Loans LP announced today that it has opened a new retail loan origination branch office in Bayville, New Jersey. The new office will be managed by Monique LaValette, and represents the third branch opened by the company in New Jersey in the past few months. Monique is a long time resident of the area, having been in the mortgage business for over twenty five years, and has held management positions with mortgage banking firms for over eleven years. Jonathan Fowler, America’s Choice Director of National Production, said “Monique is well respected and highly thought of in our business, and we are extremely pleased that she chose America’s Choice for her new professional home.”

Ms. LaValette will use her vast knowledge and experience to serve her customers with their home loan needs. Monique works extensively with FHA, 203K, USDA and Reverse mortgages, as well as a full range of conventional products. “America’s Choice is building a presence in New Jersey and elsewhere” Monique said “and I am proud to be a part of a team with such strong core values.”

Monique has been a long time officer of The Jersey Shore Business Group, is an active affiliate member in her local realtor association, and has worked in fundraising events for cancer research. She tries to find time for other activities such as golfing, bowling and boating at the Jersey shore.
