The company named industry veteran Jim Patterson as Branch Manager. Jim has been in the mortgage business for over eleven years, holding management positions with Aapex Financial and Network Funding; he also has 16 years prior experience in real estate. “Jim is an experienced loan originator and manager, and we are very fortunate he chose our company” said America’s Choice Director of National Production, Jonathan Fowler.

Mr. Patterson brings his experience of having managed a retail branch office to his new position with America’s Choice. Jim will continue to concentrate on his core business of helping his customers with their residential home loan needs. “I can’t wait to get started” Jim said, adding, “I am so impressed with America’s Choice; they have great people, great technology, and a strong commitment to customer service.”

Jim does volunteer work through his church, including assisting older Houstonians with home repairs. He enjoys fishing when he finds spare time.
