America’s Choice Home Loans LP Opens New Branch Office in Delaware

Houston, TX – America’s Choice Home Loans LP announced today that it has started retail loan operations in Delaware, naming Matthew A. Krimm as State Manager. Mr. Krimm will also serve as a Branch Manager in a new America’s Choice retail office serving the home loan needs of Delaware consumers. Matt held positions as a Senior Mortgage Banker, Regional Manager and Operations Manager before joining America’s Choice. Jonathan Fowler, America’s Choice Director of National Production, said “Matt has a track record of success and commitment to excellence. He knows his customers and his business. We are excited to have this opportunity to serve a new market.”

In his new position with America’s Choice, Matt will continue to help his customers with their FHA and conventional home loan needs, for both purchase and refinance transactions. “This is a great place to be, and I’ve found a great company.” Mr. Krimm said, adding “The company atmosphere and attitude at America’s Choice is ‘service first’, and that is refreshing to find.”

Matt enjoys his family first, but also finds time to be involved in numerous industry groups, as well as community organizations, serving as a pastor at Bay Shore Community Church in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.

Delaware is the most recent new market into which America’s Choice has recently expanded. Within the last thirty days the company has announced new locations in Illinois and Oregon, with more announcements expected.
