Houston, Texas, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) November 28, 2011 -- Houston, TX – America’s Choice Home Loans LP announced today that it has opened a new retail loan origination branch office in Georgia. Located in Monroe, the branch will serve a wide area of central Georgia. Industry veteran Denise Alcorn has been named as the Branch Manager as well as State Manager. “I know the outstanding work Denise has done for many years” said America’s Choice Director of National Production, Jonathan Fowler. “It is an honor to have someone so highly regarded join our company.”

Denise has over twenty years in the mortgage business, virtually all of which have been devoted to helping customers at a retail level. “I really enjoy working with first time homebuyers” Denise said “and also training real estate professionals about specialized programs for these consumers.” Ms. Alcorn works closely with real estate agents and builders to assist people who dream of owning their own home. She added, “I am committed to making sure that each buyer is knowledgeable about financing options, and that they accomplish the goal of becoming a homeowner.”

Ms. Alcorn has vast experience with down payment assistance and rehabilitation programs, and has been actively involved with FHA lending for several years. She has held management positions with three major lenders, but feels that America’s Choice is the right place to be, stating. “What a helpful, thoughtful group of people. The support I have already received has been remarkable.”

Married with two children, one in middle school and one entering law school, Denise is constantly busy. Even so, she still finds time for involvement in industry and community groups.

“Georgia is an area with which we have some familiarity” added Managing Director Larry Lobb, “but Denise is the perfect person on the ground for us. As State Manager she will have an active role in growing our business the right way, working with new managers to ensure we meet the needs of Georgia consumers, and monitoring regulatory and company compliance.”
