Houston, Texas, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) March 7, 2011 -- Houston, TX – America’s Choice Home Loans does not think the future is as bleak for the smaller retail branch office as others in the industry. “We have been hearing for some time that a lot of companies are telling their smaller branch offices to ‘grow or go,’” said Larry Lobb, Managing Director. “Some producing branch managers are apparently being asked to stop originating, and that does not make sense to us. We believe there is a niche for that type of operation, and we also believe we know how to make it work.”

With loan officer compensation changing on April 1, America’s Choice has been working on new and revised models to continue their expansion. The company expects to open branch offices in three more states within the next thirty days, with further growth throughout 2011. “Our industry has been hit with a number of significant changes, and the companies that can adapt will not only survive, but can actually flourish” said America’s Choice Director of National Production, Jonathan Fowler. “We want strong, experienced branch managers that originate loans” he added.

The company believes there is a place for different branch office structures and has tailored its operation to accommodate for those differences. America’s Choice intends to have a mix of operations, including branch offices with a producing manager, a few loan officers, or a larger office. “Customer service has always been the key to success. The size of the branch office is not as important as the service they offer their customers. A producing branch manager that knows his or her market, takes care of clients, and is committed to quality and compliance will always have a home with us” concluded Mr. Lobb.
