How To Become an American Idol Rock Star In The Music Industry.
The American Idol Television show, does teach you singers and musicians how much work ethic is involved in becoming a rock star and how to build a music career and create fans in the music business.

Hours of practice and rehearsals for each weekly American Idol show can leave many American Idol hopefuls dead in their tracks.

The truth of the music industry is creative singers,song writers,musicians and top music artist spend up to 100 hours weekly practicing to have enough songs ready to perform in concert, of coarse I am talking top professional singers and musicians who tour and not the American Idol hopefuls.
Most American Idol hopefuls are full of big time dreams, but reality of what it takes to become a famous rock star is far more work than most ever thought possible.
It's big time work !!
Learning to cope with high pressure training,singing and stress is something you only begin to start to see on the TV show American Idol in the final round of the top 2 singers.
On season 9 of American Idol it was plain to see Crystal Bowersox was the only contestant to have the energy and strength of a true seasoned professional, while Lee look tired and helpless at times.

But because American Idol is really a popularity show Lee won, and he mainly won because of all the teenage girl voters voting for him over and over and over again.
I really think a new rule should be placed into effect, and that rules states one vote per phone allowed on the final championship night.

I noticed it was plain to see it in Lee Dewize's face, that he was seriously shocked when won the contest. .....because Crystal Bowersox was 10 times better, and I'm sure he must of knew it !! She flat out destroyed him in every song she sang, she was the best, but she lost because she's a mother , and moms in the public eye are not idols.

But I think Crystal is beautiful, she would make a great American Idol, infact she's the best singer ever to be on the show. She has star quality.
She deserved much better !!
..at least that's my opinion of how startled he looked after winning the American Idol show.

In the coming years, I feel if American Idol is to survive after Simon Cowell leaves , then American Idol must make some huge changes.
And...remake American Idol.

I sure hope the programs creators of the show are reading this !!
Because I want to tell them that there can be a better American Idol show that draws far more attention.
Heck I should sell them the idea. But here it is online for all to read !!

Now Listen to this American Idol Program Creators !!.......why not try and create a new American Idol Program with 2 age divisions , where 15 to 29 year olds compete.....and then have a section for the 30 to 65 Year olds. .....at the end of the season....let the top singers of both divisions go head to head.
Sure I know what you think, what if an Older person wins?......would he or she look like an American Idol?
But here's the rub folks......everyone in the world will watch the battle of the ages.
Everyone will want their age group to win !!
It will create so much a stir and excitement, that it will hold American Idol watchers glued to their seats each week !!
The young rockers will think no way an old timer will beat me. And the Old Timers will think they have learned all the cunnning moves and skills to beat the best youngsters in the world !!

So who would win in the Battle of The Ages ? well...American Idol still needs to create fair changes to the rules.... and then maybe we could find out....

Look at the Olympic Games,which does allows anyone of any age to compete....I think deep down producers of American Idol are scared that the older more skilled singers would win, if the rules are changed, maybe they are afraid they'll loose money also....
Yet....lets think about this for a minute... just think how many people would tune in to see the show like this?.....I think a far greater nunber more would, Idol would make more money not less.
American Idol could create New Flash TV sensation doing this !!

Trust me I am a professional musician and singer, and I've been around the block a few times, many of you know my name in rock,blues,jazz and gospel music circles...and if you don't know me I am Rock, Blues Guitarist GW Williams, my music sells world wide,and I have many fans.... I not only play guitar and sing,I've been on radio many times over the years, and own my own studio and ect..I am not saying this to brag...but to tell you the truth about Crystal ....She's the best female singer I've ever heard in my life time...I am telling you the truth.
And Lee didn't measure up to her ever !!

I really hope the American Idol Programs can get it right, change to rules, re-create the show better....and save the show !!


My thought on that is ..... GIVE US SOMTHING NEW !!....PLEASE !!...Change The Rules !!
