AMX ANNOUNCES UPGRADE TO ORACLE CRM ON DEMAND FOR TIA, INC.

TIA organizes, designs, and develops content to take the mystery out of how an organization wants its employees’ to run its business.

TIA’s previous customer and prospect list consisted of excel spreadsheets that were not a customer tracking tool like they needed. TIA knew an improved system would help them keep better track of their pipeline. In moving forward, TIA wanted to invest in a more up-to-date, easy-to-use CRM solution to manage their long sales cycle and customer care.
