Amy Boyd's latest work Poems from the Heart released

Available through their commercial site at www.starlightstores.com this collection of twelve inspirational poems was written by Amy in response to the deployment of the USS Carl Vinson to Haiti to aid in the relief efforts there. Aimed at the families of the military these twelve poems address the concerns, and hopes of all involved in the rescue efforts.

With 50% of the proceeds of the book going directly to Save the Children the poems serve as inspiration to those with family aiding in aftermath of the earthquake.

Amy has a direct involvement and attachment to the subject with her husband serving on the USS Carl Vinson in Haiti.
