Ms. White is a certified employee benefits specialist and a human capital strategist. She serves on the board of directors of Heritage University Students in Free Enterprise and is involved with both World at Work and the International Coach Federation.

For the last 11 years of her career, Ms. White has been employed by Microsoft in a variety of HR leadership roles. In her current position, she is an HR Director for the Office division and oversees eleven employees and partners with the leaders in Office. Prior to Microsoft, Ms. White was a Consultant in both the Compensation & Retirement practices. Her goal is to become a Human Resources General Manager.
