Andre Cuomo, defend the honest and not the corrupt

(Free-Press-Release.com) October 19, 2009 -- This Anderson case is an extension of my case. Terence Finnan told Andrew Cuomo, "It’s intolerable" in regard to Mr. Tembeckjian of Commission on Judicial Conduct. Mr. Cuomo, swore to uphold the NY Constitution and "article § 6. .... No person shall be deprived of life, liberty or property without due process of law."

Terence Finnan was deprived of due process of law. He and the people of NY demand that Andrew Cuomo convene a Grand Jury to indict and prosecute Judge Ryan and other government officials and attorneys for crimes exposed at the Senator Sampson's Senate Hearings. Begin with Penal law §195.00 Official misconduct. A public servant is guilty of official misconduct when, with intent to obtain a benefit or deprive another person of a benefit: 1. He commits an act relating to his office but constituting an unauthorized exercise of his official functions, knowing that such act is unauthorized; or 2. He knowingly refrains from performing a duty which is imposed upon him by law or is clearly inherent in the nature of his office.

Terence Finnan demands due process and Andrew Cuomo's immediate remedial action. Andrew Cuomo, don't defend the corrupt Judges in Federal Action 08-cv-025977, nor deny Terence Finnan his rights, nor deny Christine Anderson her rights on 10/20/2009. We're (the people) looking, Andrew Cuomo. Christine Anderson is a person who must have rights.
