Wachler addressed attendees at the 4th Annual RAC Summit in Washington, D.C. during the "Boot Camp" portion of the conference and the Legal Update session. Wachler provided a detailed account of the appeals process conducted by Medicare Recovery Audit Contractors, including a thorough review of successful appeals strategies.
