Paulhus, delivered a presentation on Civil False Claims Act cases and audits, and current and recent audit-related developments to attorneys at the American Health Lawyers Association Fundamentals of Health Law Program on October 24 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Chicago.

The AHLA Fundamentals of Law Program is a training program for new associates and in-house counsel and is a refresher for experienced health lawyers. The program offers an array of health law topics.
