Also, in my action in Federal Appeals for 2nd Circuit 08-5977-cv, stop defending the corrupt. Mr. Robert Tembeckjian of the NY Commission on Judicial Conduct has committed a crime which resulted in a criminal complaint filed with US Attorney General, Eric H. Holder, Jr. and FBI Assistant Director in Charge of the New York Division, Joseph M. Demarest, Jr..

Attorney General, Andrew Cuomo, support Christine Anderson in her action and Mr. Finnan,the Plaintiff-Appellant in Federal Action 08-5977-cv in the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, scheduled for November

2009 in NYC. Mr. Finnan is the Appellant in 403-03 in the Appellate Division of NY Supreme Court, Third Department.
