Terence Finnan demands Attorney General, Andrew Cuomo, stop protecting corrupt lawyers in Anderson vs State of NY next Tuesday.. Andrew Cuomo, protect the people, not the corrupt.

Keene, NY, USA (Free-Press-Release.com) October 12, 2009. Terence Finnan has asked NY Attorney General to help the people and not the corrupt in Anderson v . Also, in my action in Federal Appeals for 2nd Circuit 08-5977-cv, stop defending the corrupt. Mr. Robert Tembeckjian of the NY Commission on Judicial Conduct has committed a crime which resulted in a criminal complaint filed with US Attorney General, Eric H. Holder, Jr. and FBI Assistant Director in Charge of the New York Division, Joseph M. Demarest, Jr..

Attorney General, Andrew Cuomo, support Christine Anderson in her action and Mr. Finnan,the Plaintiff-Appellant in Federal Action 08-5977-cv in the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, scheduled for November 2009 in NYC. Mr. Finnan is the Appellant in 403-03 in the Appellate Division of NY Supreme Court, Third Department. The papers filed in Federal Action 08-5977-cv and 403-03 in the Appellate Division of NY Supreme Court, Third Department are public records open to all. Mr. Finnan looks forward to Senator Sampson's next Hearing and the chance to expose the corruption of attorney discipline in NY and the specific corruption of Mr. Owens and Mr. Asadourian and other attorneys and the failure of the disciplinary committee to check their acts. Mr. Finnan will tell of the moral hazards of the attorney discipline committees that harm the people of NY and even the other honest attorneys. I ask Andrew Cuomo to protect the people and not the corrupt.
