ANDREW J. BOLNICK & ASSOCIATES APPOINTED RECEIVER FOR TWO FLORIDA HOTEL PROPERTIES AND GAS STATION

(Free-Press-Release.com) May 12, 2010 -- TAMPA, FL (May 10, 2010) – Andrew J. Bolnick, of Andrew Bolnick & Associates, announced today that he has been appointed receiver for two Florida hotel properties and a gas station/convenience store.

Hillsborough County Circuit Court Judge James D. Arnold, of the 13th Judicial Circuit, has appointed Bolnick receiver for the Sun City Center Inn, Sun City Center. Located at 809 N. Pebble Beach Blvd., the 86-room limited service economy hotel includes a swimming pool and patio area. The receiver has hired CUSA, LLC to manage the property.

Volusia County Circuit Court Judge William A. Parsons has appointed Bolnick receiver for the Ormond Beach Econo Inn. Located at 1567 N. U.S. Highway 1, in Ormond Beach, the 71-room limited service economy hotel includes a swimming pool and free high-speed wireless Internet in each room. CUSA, LLC has also been hired by the receiver to manage the property.

In addition, Bolnick has been appointed receiver for a BP gas station and convenience store located at 5029 U.S. Highway 19 in New Port Richey. The property includes a 948 sq. ft. building on a 22,500 sq. ft. parcel of land. Pasco County Circuit Court Judge Lynn Tepper made the appointment.
