Angie Ramirez, a real estate and mortgage planner for over ten years, is doing something that has never been done before. The project began at Inland Empire on August 24, 2009. Due to the financial crisis crippling America, Angie has set a goal to produce 5,000 results to aid families improve their economic situation before March, 2010. By lowering monthly mortgage payments and saving homes from foreclosure, Angie firmly believes her StepUp Program will be a positive influence in our nation through these difficult times.

Home Owners Advocate Loss Mitigation (HOALM) is working alongside her on this groundbreaking effort. Together they hope to live up to the company’s motto and “Save the American Dream, One Home at a Time.” With a knowledgeable staff of professionals, HOALM and Ms. Angie Ramirez have experience in negotiations, loan modifications, short refinance, notice of defaults, trustee sales, short sales and more with a combined experience of over fifty years.

Yearning to lend a helping hand through her dedicated passion, Angie created the StepUp Program so that she could use her experience in loss mitigation and prevention to help families retain their homes despite financial instability. Her program utilizes the Home Affordable Modification Program (HAM). HAM is a government funded project which is aimed at financing mortgages and protecting family homes from foreclosure.
