The International Organisation for Animal Protection - OIPA in India rep. Naresh Kadyan moved complaint and rescued 480 sheep's but DSPCA in deep sleep

Animals are being shifted from Rajasthan via Haryana, Delhi and Punjab to Jammu Kashmir for slaughtering in a very cruel manner, animals are traveling under very heavy stress, pain, injury and some time death even claimed by the founder chairman of the People for Animals (SPCA) Haryana Naresh Kadyan, representative of the International Organisation for Animal Protection - OIPA in India. He further said that it is happening due to the criminal conspiracy against animals between the trader / suppliers / Police / Delhi Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals - DSPCA black sheep's, some so called animal rights activist's are also involved in providing safe passage to these vehicles who carried animals in a cruel manner with the help of local Police. Haryana Police cought red handed People for Animal(Rural)unit based at Hissar so called President Vikas Bhardwaj, PFA Jind President Madan Verma and Shimmy Khan of Mewat, FIR No. 39 has been lodged with the Bawel Police station, likewise CBI also cought Madan Verma in Narwana for extortion, many more involved people yet to be exposed, whereas the Animal Welfare Board of India failed to blacklist / de-recognize PFA Jind bearing No.68/2000 and PFA Rural No.169.2006 claimed by Master Hansraj of PFA Bhiwani.

The Animal Welfare Board of India Secretary D. RAJASEKAR, IFS intimated that he has issued directions to all concerned to celebrate animal welfare fortnight between 14-31st. January, 2010. The OIPA rep. Naresh Kadyan released a book on CATTLE's SLAUGHTER which was prepared by Bangalore based animal rights activist Vasumathi Krishnasami, he further cought two double decor trucks bearing No. JK02 AE 6168 and JK 02 L 9645 carrying sheep's in a overcrowded very cruel manner from Idgah, Delhi to Jammu and Kashmir, he lodged complaint 103 with Delhi Police helpline then with the Police station, Badli in Delhi, where as Badli Police sent these trucks to Delhi Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals - DSPCA for treatment, care, shelter and to take legal action against offenders being an non-cognizable offense in legal terms as the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 proved to be an toothless, ineffective legislation for animals. OIPA in India and PFA Haryana appeal to the Speaker of Indian Parliament Lok Sabha Smt. Meera Kumar to pass an bill amending the punishment under this PCA Act, 1960 which are very minor, Naresh Kadyan further appeal to Smt. Maneka Gandhi to move a bill for this purpose, he further claimed that legislation for dog breeders and fish aquarium also needs. It would be pertinent to mention here that OIPA in India obtained a information under Right to Information Act, 2005 from the Indian Army about the claim of Army supply by the traders / suppliers of animals. Indian Army issued a direction to all their animal suppliers to follow the legislation and rules during animal transport but they are violating the law, enforcement agencies are failed to perform their duties.
