The side bar on the right side of the website includes information about their normal service hours, including cut off times for same day service, any coupons or specials being run, the possible payment options, various levels of contact information, an address and map to their headquarters, and an alphabetical list of the cities they service in Monroe, Washtenaw, and Wayne counties.

Future updates planned for the site include articles about appliance repair, including items homeowners can check before contacting the experts for problem diagnosis and repair.
