(USA) today announced from his Durham NC offices that his company had been engaged by SpartaMatrix Inc in Singapore to provide a building products facility at the MLC Croatia to construct 1.5 million square feet of Climate Controlled Warehouse over the next three years ( 2012-2015) . This green powered manufacturing facility will also produce green environmentally friendly EU approved Railroad Cross ties made from biomass enhanced concrete to be used throughout the Expanding Rail Systems in Central Europe.

Matrix Technologies Inc. is a noted USA producer and innovative provider of Green Building Materials used to develop eco –friendly infrastructure projects. SpartaMatrix is USA company and the owner- developer of one of the most modern green logistics service centres in Europe known a MLC Croatia.
