HAILEY, IDAHO (September 16, 2009) – After extensive testing and development, Nail Jack Tools of Hailey IDAHO has introduced two extremely efficient pliers- like hand tools designed solely for fastener removal. With the already critically acclaimed Nail Jack nail puller, and the exciting new design of the smaller Nail Hunter, removing nails, brads, staples and other fasteners has become significantly easier and cost-effective. Created specifically from the ground up as a gripping nail puller, the Nail Jack has a built in fulcrum, a "behind the jaws" secondary opening, and a "hammer tap" to drive the head of the pliers into the wood. Unlike previous hand tools which have historically been adapted from other specific unrelated applications, the Nail Jack and the Nail Hunter nail pullers actually dig, grab and pull nails quickly and easily.

"Time is money and these tools can pay for themselves in less than a day", says Mike Foley, the owner and CEO of Nail Jack Tools, "the most inexperienced worker on your crew can add a lot of value with these pragmatic designs." Since the pliers grip the fasteners firmly as they are extracted, nails and staples are instead carefully held by the tool's jaws until released, allowing them to be disposed of safely.

The complex geometry of the Nail Jack Tool's designs allow for the fulcrum, the patent pending "Hammer Tap" and the gripping inner jaws of the pliers to be contained in the "head" of the tool for ease and effectiveness. Foley noted, "These tools are actually capable of pulling brads through the back of baseboard, allowing the for reuse."

The Nail Hunter, which is the smaller model, has a significantly different jaw design which allows for very fine work, like the removal of headless nails and small staples.

“How else can a professional or a consumer quickly and safely pull literally hundreds of staples and headless nails with almost surgical precision?,” said Foley, "a pair of end nippers just can't get into the spaces the Nail Hunter can, and we hear of new applications for our tools every week." The patented and patent pending designs are new to the hand tool market.

The 11 inch Nail Jack and the 8.5 inch Nail Hunter are wholesale items with MSRPs of $29.95 and $24.95 respectively. Learn more at www.nailjack.com or www.thenailhunter.com . Or contact Mike Foley at 208-806-1009. Dig, grab and pull! Finally, a pliers designed from the ground up for pulling nails!
