Ant and Dec are Super Sonic Comics with 'Thames RIB Experience' this Red Nose Day!

Ireland -- Free-Press-Release.com-- Mar 17, 2011 -- This Monday, what could be described as a whirlwind studio rampage in aid of Comic Relief was embarked upon by the infamous yet lovable comic duo 'Ant and Dec'. And with such a tight schedule, a black cab just wouldn’t cut it; in true James Bond style to satisfy their need for speed, they turned to ‘Thames RIB Experience’ and the fastest London speed boats.

In just 12 short hours, the cheeky twosome interrupted broadcasting for more than 10 popular live TV and Radio shows (including QVC and the BBC Breakfast show). And to maximise time between appointments, the charitable chappies donned blue noses when whisked down the Thames at break-neck speed on the fastest London Speed Boats.

Extreme London river-transport company ‘Thames RIB Experience’ were ‘thrilled’ to welcome the popular pair aboard, and TRE's company director Charlotte Thompson admitted to having ‘red cheeks’ (if not a red nose), on getting a good look at the passenger lists for that day!

Other celebrities who’ve experienced the thrill a ‘Thames RIB’ ride have included the likes of Top Gear’s Richard Hammond, dashing UK TV presenter Dermot O’leary, and even BGT’s Susan Boyle. Miss (soon to be Mrs) Thompson, confirms her newest friends are ‘just as friendly in person as they appear on the telly!’

Watch out for clips of Ant and Dec’s escapades this Friday Red nose day 18.03.11, when souvenirs from each the sabotaged sets will be auctioned off on live television (all proceeds to be donated in aid of Comic Relief).

Who ‘nose’… as of next week, one of the oversized red conks designed by Thames RIB to adorn front of their speed boats to demonstrate company support for the cause, could be the newest addition to your living room suite!
