On November 24th, 2009 Anthem conducted a seminar at Hotel Green Park, Hyderabad and invited a mix of its Clients, Existing Vendor Partners and Potential New Vendor Partners to discuss improvement and consolidation strategies. Mr. Raja Suresh Kumar Adappa, Sr. Vice President, Genpact India graced us with his presence at the seminar and shared his experience with the participants. The seminar was a grand success and had a participation of over 30 BPO's from all over India.

Mr. Raj Sukheja, CEO of Anthem Consulting Pvt. Ltd. has almost 14 years of experience in the BPO Industry in India itself and is the author of a book on BPO called 'How To Acquire BPO Business' available at http://www.lulu.com/rajsukheja . He is also a public speaker and was the key panelist of BPO Summit 2005 held at Taj Krishna and organized by Data Quest and Voice N Data Magazine. Mr. Sukheja was a process advisor for Cyberabad Police, Hyderabad and has trained police personnel along with Anthem Team at the police call center (Dial 100) for Ranga Reddy District at Cyberabad Commissionarate at Khairtabad, Hyderabad.
