Anthony Lynn is a seasoned professional of the National Football League

Florham Park, New Jersey, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) April 6, 2011 -- Mr. Lynn has 19 years of professional experience in the National Football League. He was a running back in the league until he retired in 2000, due to neck injuries, and began coaching. Mr. Lynn is an expert in the game of football, and effectively communicates with players and other coaches. As the New York Jets’ running back coach, he leads the running back squad, and oversees their game plan preparation and training.

Beginning his football career in 1993, Mr. Lynn played for the Denver Broncos for one year. After suffering a broken leg, he was released and subsequently joined the San Francisco 49ers for the 1995-1996 season. Mr. Lynn returned to the Denver Broncos in 1997 and assisted them in winning back to back Super Bowl Championships in 1997 and 1998.

In 2000, he began his coaching endeavors as the offensive assistant and assistant special teams coach for the Denver Broncos. Mr. Lynn was named the Jacksonville Jaguars’ running back coach in 2003, and in 2005 he transferred to the Dallas Cowboys. Continuing as a running back coach, he worked with the Cleveland Browns from 2007 to 2008. In January 2009, Mr. Lynn was recruited by the New York Jets. That same year, he led their running backs to average 172.2 rushing yards per game.

Mr. Lynn lends his career accomplishments to his upbringing, and the values and work ethic that were instilled in him by his mother and grandfather. He completed coursework in exercise sports science at Texas Tech University, where, as a junior, he earned the All-Southwest Conference honors after rushing for 884 yards. Mr. Lynn volunteers his free time to the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, youth organizations and athletic football camps. In the future, Mr. Lynn intends to continue working hard, and aspires to become an offensive coordinator and eventually a head coach in the National Football League.
