The beach is located at the bottom of the biggest mountain I climbed to date.

The things I loved the most about Black Beach Mountain and Beach were
1. the views from the top of the mountain
2. the experience climbing down the mountain
3. the views of para gliders and hang gliders flying by the mountain
4. the view of the mountain from the beach shore
5. the landscape and animal life from the beach
6. the thrill jumping waves in the ocean
7. the sense of completion climbing back up the mountain.

To me my journey to Black Beach was more than a simple journey, it was a
Spiritual Experience that enriched my soul giving it purpose and a sense of fulfillment.

while millions of people go to places in the middle east for their quest for
spiritual enlightenment, in my opinion a journey to Black Beach Mountain in La Jolla, CA
can fulfill many of the same spiritual objectives.
