This full day course was held via video conference at an offsite location to provide not only a pleasant learning environment, but to also eliminate distractions that an office can provide. This allowed the group to focus on the training. Along with yearly technical onsite training, this video conference provides personnel who spend most to their time out of the office an understanding of the brand and warranty/contract work procedures.
