(Free-Press-Release.com) September 20, 2009 -- Four York-based business women launched an exciting new business venture on 14th September, 2009 at The York Marriott Hotel, Management Centre. The group aims to fill a gap in the market by offering a wide range of business and personal support to working women.

Dynamic Business Divas (‘DBD’) has been set up by Lisa Hogg of Chrisalis Services, Judy Illing of Ametrine Solutions, Liz Clark of The Wedding Guide and Lynn Gregory of Infinite Potential.

“The Dynamic Business Diva masterminding groups will be limited to groups of six people,” explains Managing Director, Lisa. “Members will set themselves business or personal goals, which will be achieved through accountability to others in the group, and the provision of moral and practical support and encouragement.

“Meetings will occur on a monthly basis, starting in November 2009 and there will be quarterly workshops and an annual conference in 2010.”

“The DBD concept recognises that work and personal life are inextricably linked, especially for women who have home responsibilities. We also thought it was important to include women in employment, as well as those who are running their own business. Women who are trying to forge a good career for themselves may also need help at some stage.”

The four friends met through being active members of WiRE (Women in Rural Enterprise), which led to them forming their own masterminding group in January 2008.

Eventually, the founders hope to create a national network, by franchising the DBD concept to other like-minded businesswomen around the country. Look out gentlemen, they are extending their service to men, who will be invited to join a ‘Dynamic Business Divos’ group and to University students and teenagers in the future.
