ARIA Homeowners Enjoy Good Food and Great Music in Their Own Backyard at Anthology
There is an undeniable charm to the fun-filled days and warm nights under San Diego’s city lights. The summer brings Padres baseball, Summer Pops, Taste of the Gaslamp, Little Italy Farmer’s Market, festivals and fireworks off the Embarcadero.
Most downtown homeowners will tell you that there is such a thing as living too close to the bustle, which is why luxury high rise living at ARIA is the perfect balance. Residents of ARIA experience lavish condo living with panoramic views close with the beat of downtown just 10 blocks away. But, find welcome refuge in a quiet residential neighborhood atop Cortez Hill on 9th and Ash.
Prior to becoming a homeowner at ARIA, Fred Sanford and his wife leased a condo on 6th and G to familiarize themselves with downtown’s neighborhoods before purchasing. Enjoying the music of the house band at ARIA’s Anthology Homeowner Appreciation Event at Anthology, Fred explained “[A]fter living in the heart of the Gaslamp Quarter we knew that it was where we wanted to go to for entertainment, but not where we wanted to live. The first time we saw ARIA we realized it had everything we wanted, including great amenities that many of the older building do not have, plus the pricing was just right. We are definitely getting a great value for our dollar and are living in a great location.”
ARIA hosted their Homeowner Appreciation Event at Anthology to thank their current homeowners and encourage them to take advantage of all the amenities their downtown backyard has to offer. ARIA hosted over 100 ARIA homeowners and their guests last week at Anthology.
“Our goal with the appreciation event was to create the warm and friendly environment that Aria represents for homeowners and give them a chance to mix and mingle with their neighbors. Aria is a more intimate building than many others in downtown and this is a feature that we continue to promote,” said Peggy Harrington an ARIA Sales Consultant. ARIA has 137-homeowners on 24 floors versus other downtown buildings that house upwards of 600-units on 24 floors.
Tray-passed hors d'oeuvres created specially by Anthology’s new chef Eric Bauer, fine wines, cocktails and a live musical performance by the Anthology House Band made the event a huge success. Marsha Berkson, owner and manager of Anthology, said “The cross promotion between ARIA and Anthology is bringing in an audience that appreciates a certain type of lifestyle and looks for refinement in their dwelling and their daily life. That’s why they chose to live at Aria. It’s a great demographic for us to introduce to Anthology.”
ARIA’s collaboration with Little Italy’s premier dining and live music hot spot will continue all summer long and benefit all San Diegans. Throughout the summer months, Anthology patrons that purchase Saturday early show tickets will be treated to the “Aria Late Nights” show at 9:30pm compliments of ARIA.
