Arizona's Unclaimed Property Act Still Waiting For Results

As per the unclaimed property act, the unclaimed property department of the state has to publish information regarding the claiming process of properties in any local newspaper twice in a year for the people.

Arizona is also maintaining a dedicated website for the betterment of property search for the public so that they do not have to approach to the state department for getting information. Users can enter first and last name to get information on unclaimed money or property under his or her name scattered in the region. Other than publishing the information, the agencies also have to mail the notifications personally to the public. Despite all these attempts, the growth of unclaimed piles is still more than reclaiming.
