The focus will be on CRM and SharePoint solutions and on the presentation of the MITO methodology standard tool, a worldwide debut product and the future standard methodology for comprehensive development of process management systems.

Solutions for the public utilities sector – complaint management
The industry addresses the corresponding requirements of the German Energy Industry Act with its complaint management system for the public utilities sector, which is based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

C•A•R•E xRM
C•A•R•E xRM, which stands for Care, Attendance, Rehabilitation, and Education, is an application for the extended nonprofit sector based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011. The product combines a deep understanding of CRM with extensive industry expertise. This expertise made it possible to take into account not only the specific scheduling and data in the industry, but also the complex relationships between the various stakeholders, e.g., nursing home residents, family members, insurance companies, and public authorities.

Besides this CRM industry solution for the utilities and nonprofit industry, arvato Systems also offers special services to companies planning on introducing a CRM system: the practically proven CRM Analysis Package. This package features an analysis of the introduction of a CRM system at companies. In addition to this, process maps are generated from a commercial perspective, and sample processes are implemented and presented by Dynamics CRM. Documentation featuring specific recommendations for action round off the package.

Microsoft SharePoint
Das Portfolio von arvato Systems im Bereich SharePoint ist vielfältig. MITO

Die Prof. Binner-Akademie (pbaka) und arvato Systems haben eine strategische Partnerschaft zur gemeinsamen Vermarktung und Weiterentwicklung des integrierten Methodenstandard-Tools MITO vereinbart. In der Zusammenarbeit mit der Prof. Binner Akademie stellt arvato Systems ein Portal auf Microsoft SharePoint-Basis für das von der pbaka entwickelte MITO-Tool zur Verfügung. Bei der Nutzung der integrierten MITO-Methoden finden viele kollaborationsunterstützende Dienste sowie Community- und Reporting-Technologien in Echtzeit Anwendung. Bereits zum Start stehen ca. 1.000 Checklisten, Referenztemplates und -portfolios für die Anwender zur Verfügung. MITO wird als zukünftiger Methodenstandard für die ganzheitliche Gestaltung von Prozessmanagementsystemen etabliert.
