Arville James Chappell, 56 killed after losing control over his tanker truck that rolled over hitting a cement median on Interstate 405.

(Free-Press-Release.com) November 9, 2011 -- The accident closed the on-ramp from Interstate 90 to I-405 for some three hours after the accident at about 3 a.m. The driver apears to have lost control on the curving on-ramp.

The State Patrol is seeking witnesses who might help explain exactly what happened.

Crews from the Bellevue Fire Department responded with multple engines, a ladder truck and two aid cars, and Pratt said they had to cut the victim out of the wreckage of the overturned truck.

The driver's name is not being released until his family can be notified.
