Making a public press release to promote this fact due to the constant harrassment from power save employee's and councel! Below is an example from their lawyer dated 4-23-2010.......

We are General Counsel for Power-Save Energy Company. We are in receipt of your marketing material regarding our client’s product and we hereby demand you cease and desist from using any and all product and product information for your pecuniary gain. Any nonfeasance on your part will result in a lawsuit being immediately filed against you and your agents for Interference with a Business Expectancy and we will viciously defend our client’s business from being undercut by people like yourself. You have approximately 24 hours to comply or we have authority to file a lawsuit on Monday, April 26, 2010. Please confirm your understanding and cooperation via response to this email.
