Washington, D.C: On March 31st, 2011 the Asian American Government Executives Network (AAGEN) will have their Installation Ceremony for their new Officers and Board of Directors, at the China Garden Restaurant, 1100 Wilson Blvd, Rosslyn, VA 22209, at 06:30 pm.

Honorable guests include Congressman Mike Honda, Carol Bonosaro - President of the Senior Executives Association, the Honorable Samuel Tinsing Mok – former Chief Financial Officer of the Department of Labor, Dr. William Brown from the African American Federal Executives Association (AAFEA), Dr. Kin Wong and Peter Nguyen from the Federal Asian Pacific American Council (FAPAC), Gloria Chan from the Asian Pacific American Institute for Congressional Studies (APAICS), and many other special guests of AAGEN.

AAGEN proudly celebrates its new officers, Chairman Tommy Hwang – CIO of the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB), Vice Chairman Dr. James C. Meng - Science Technology Engineering & Mathematics (STEM) Executive, Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Navy, Secretary Benedict Eng - Senior Acquisition Analyst at US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Treasurer Tia Chu, Senior Engineer of the Department of the Navy.

AAGEN congratulates its new Board of Directors: Dr. Pat Basu, Patrick Eng, Dr. Carson Eoyang, Stanley Fujii, Ellen W. Law, Belkis Leong-Hong, Alan Mikuni, Hon. Ruby G.
