Beginning September 7th, 2011, a virtual, four-month personal and professional Leadership Development Program for Women in developing Clarity, Confidence, Competence and Care in your career and life. Take-a-way from enrollment and participation is your unique Personal Development Plan, a strategic roadmap in achieving your two identified goals, one personal, and one professional. The Curriculum:

September: Clarity

Most of us have a vague sense of simply wanting to improve our lives and careers, connect with our passion and purpose, have better relationships and health, make more money, or have a more satisfying job. When we move from being vague into gaining clarity and sharpness around our desires and goals, we move in a forward and more positive direction.

October: Confidence
Confidence is composed of personal-security, self-worth, self-esteem and a healthy detachment of what others think of you. The goal of Confidence is to know you can handle whatever life sends your way.

November: Competence

Competency is achieved when you develop the necessary skills, and abilities to be more effective in the external world. Competency is achieved through knowing your particular strengths and weaknesses, identifying the areas in which you need to grow your expertise and know-how, and then tying those findings with strategic and long-term planning in order to go after what you want.

December: Care
“I love, trust and believe in myself and the process of life. I pro-actively administer self-care principles to my mind, body and soul routinely realizing that my potential can only be reached by how masterfully I support myself. I am committed to loving and accepting myself unconditionally and without judgment.”

Monthly formats and dates:
 Webinar/Tele-training class every month
 One-to-one private, 45 minute phone coaching with Amy every month
 A group coaching call every month

Tele-training class: First Wednesday of every month, begins 7:00 p.m. CST and 60 minutes in length. Dates are: September 7th, October 5th, November 2 and December 7th.
One-to-one coaching with Amy: 45 minute call scheduled with Amy and at your convenience.
Group coaching call: Third Wednesday of every month, begins 7:00 p.m. CST and 60 minutes in length. Dates are: September 21st, October 19th, November 16th, and December 14th.
