The Association of Physicians of Pakistani Decent of North America (APPNA) is holding its 34th Annual Summer Meeting this weekend at the America’s Center in St. Louis. APPNA represent over 17,000 Pakistani Physician in North America. APPNA is the second largest IMG organization and APPNA member serve small communities to large metropolitan cities. They practice in the field of Primary care to sub specialization.

Over 7,000 visitors are expected to attend the meetings various activities, including Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, presentations on geo-political developments in South Asia, poetry and musical performances, a bazaar featuring Pakistani clothing, jewelry, furniture and numerous other events throughout the weekend.

The Bazaar and Food Court (featuring Pakistani cuisine) is open to the general public from 8am-6pm, except for Sunday July 3rd 8am-1pm. More information is available at http://www.appnasummer2011.org/.
