Astrologer Predicts Chaotic Summer, Election Surprises and Ongoing Economic Struggles

• Pluto in Capricorn, 2008-2024, is the certainty of death and rebirth with emphasis on resources and status quo on a large scale; the last time Pluto was in Capricorn was 1762-1778, the time of the Revolutionary War;

• Hades in Cancer, 2010-2041, indicates fecklessness among less fortunate with emphasis on home and community; the last time Hades was in Cancer, it was the mid-1600s, when the Ming Dynasty ended and European colonists were settling in America;
• Neptune in Pisces, 2011-2026, indicates a surge in creativity and idealism with emphasis on compassion and spirituality; the last time Neptune was in Pisces was 1847-1862, when the Communist Manifesto was published.

Specifically in 2012, Levine anticipates
• ongoing rebellions in the Middle East and greater fracturing in American political parties,
