ATC TRUCK COVERS RENAMES TRUCK CAP LINEUP

(Free-Press-Release.com) September 12, 2011 -- OTTAWA, KAN. – ATC Truck Covers, the country’s leading manufacturer of customizable truck caps and lids, is pleased to announce that it is renaming its lineup of truck caps.

ATC Truck covers is renaming its cab high truck cap, the “LED,” to the “Stealth.” The company’s larger truck cap with more clearance space, the “1600 Series,” will be renamed the “Survivor.”

ATC Truck Covers will be showcasing the truck caps and the new names during the Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) Show on Nov. 1-4 at booth #32171.

To help rename the truck caps, ATC Truck Covers turned to its loyal dealer and customer base. The truck cover manufacturer hosted a naming contest on its company Facebook page.

A group of ATC Truck Covers employees then selected the winning names. Each of the winners was awarded $300 for the new names.

The new names are part of a rebuilding process. A devastating fire destroyed the company’s Garnett, Kan. manufacturing facility in February 2011. ATC Truck Covers is currently in the process of finishing up a new facility in Ottawa, Kan.

“Our customers and dealers are really excited that ATC Truck Covers is revving back up,” said Bobby Combs, President of ATC Truck Covers. “We wanted to bring our customers and dealers into our rebuilding process with this naming contest. They are like family to us. We couldn’t have gotten through these past few months without them.”
